Flood risk and infrastructure vulnerability

Dorchester, in particular Morrissey Blvd, is highly vulnerable to sea-level rise and major flooding. Morrissey Boulevard needs redesign and elevation to act as flood barriers and maintain emergency access.

Why it matters:
Emergency services are at risk of being compromised, which could isolate communities and disrupt local economy.
