This rotary is a nightmare and dangerous during rushhour. With the new development happening nearby, it will only get worse. I am not sure if the solution is a traffic light, but something needs to be done to mitigate the chaos of this rotary.

Dorchester, in particular Morrissey Blvd, is highly vulnerable to sea-level rise and major flooding. Morrissey Boulevard needs redesign and elevation to act as flood barriers and maintain emergency access.

We need metrics for gauging our progress on cleaning up the Fore River Basin. We would need to authorize funding (or apply for it) to determine a baseline, develop milestones, and begin the work.
